60 milligrams per day PO = by mouth.  Reducing your dose gradually until you're off of it.

Joe is right. 60 milligrams per day by mouth tapered over 3 weeks. The first week take 60 mg by mouth per day, the second week take 40 mg per day by mouth and the third week take 20 mg by mouth per day and if the Dr wants you off it all together you should reduce that amount per day until you are off the medication.
