AHHHH....yes ....it is exactly the same thing happens in the USA..... you have big cities like New York or San Francisco and also there towns or rural poor villages like the ones in Mississippi. If you go to Canada, also the same thing happen, big cities like Toronto, Calgary or Vancouver or rural communities like Cold Lake or Dillon in the Nortwestern Territories............

C'mon, travel the world and see that you can find poverty anywhere, I live in the United Kingdom, and believe it or not, thereś poverty here.
