In middle school (7th & 8th) football......?

Question

is it illegal when a team is defending an extra point for a linebacker to run up and jump off a lineman's back to try and block the ball??

NOTE: I'm in Michigan in the CYO league i don't know if this makes a difference.

I don't know because I live in Texas there is probably different rules but it's probably illegal.

you cant do it but you can leap over them but not off them

Well all i know is that in the NFL that is illegal you can't jump from some one's back to block a field goal not sure about your league though
