  2. No, you do not.  However, you may find it helpful to join a support group to help keep up with any legal changes or questions you may have.

    I'm in MN, and my favorite group is MACHE.  This is a Christian based group.  If you'd prefer to stay secular, check out MHA.  Both are statewide and offer great assistance.

  3. Home schooling if your right. Most places require that you have the materials that you are using be approved by the school district in which you live. You would need to call your local school district to find out.

    An online charter school will just make it easier because they will provide you with a computer, printer, all the materials you need as well as teachers to help you.
