In month of aug 16 is there a Lunar Eclipse what is the timing in Miami?

if there is a lunar eclipse in aug 16.2008..then what time it will begin and end in fll,florida or Miami??i m so worried because i m pregnant..can u tell me the exact timing.

It won't really be visible from Miami.

Dare I ask why you are worried about the effects of a minor astronomical event on your pregnancy?

Hi Sweet!

This eclipse cannot be seen in the United States.  In fact, the only place in North America where you could even catch a  glimpse of it will be the St. Johns area of Newfoundland.

The next eclipse of any kind that you can see from Florida will be a slight partial eclipse of the moon just before sunrise on June 26, 2010.

The next total eclipse of the moon we'll see in the US will be on the night of December 20-21, 2010.

By the way, there is no reason to think that your baby will be affected by an eclipse any more than it would suffer if you were looking out your window at the moon, and then stepped away from the window.  There should not be the slightest concern unless advised otherwise by your personal astrologer!
