  1. NEVER talk about weaknesses... you'd better call them:

"points to improve" or "points to develop"

A weakness is something negative and a point to improve is something positive. :)

  2. That is a question designed for you to fire yourself before you are even hired, be very cautious. First you need to ask what they require of you before you can honestly answer their question.

  3. strength = compassion, sympathy and a willing to help people.

and as for the weakness, i said, lack of self confidence, its like they take pity on you and want to help you.

  4. STRENGTHS: Organised, Hard working, Like to use inititive, etc etc

WEAKINESSES: Never say you dont have any weakinesses as it looks very arrogant! say something which is actually a strength in disguise!

For example; you are a perfectionist and can sometimes take a little longer to complete something but its far better to do something properly then to rush and make a mess of it.

  5. When listing your weaknesses make sure to make them in to strengths.

So for example, you could say: One of my weaknesses is that I am a workaholic. This gives the impression that you are a hard worker, someone who won't give up.

Or: I am a perfectionist. This tells them that you will do a good job.

Make your strengths apply to the job you are being interviewed for. So if in sales, tell them you are a people person, have great communication skills.

Or an office job: You enjoy being part of a team, and enjoy taking the lead.

    Good luck.

    xx

  6. simple....

    list your strengths...

    then for your weaknesses...

    make it into a strength

such as... im a perfectionist so a job might take a little longer for me to complete

or... this one girl actually put "my car leaks oil so youd have oil in your parking lot"

that one takes a lot of guts because it might seem too goofy

but... depends on where your applying
