In my A/c the broker has brought some shares but I have not received shares but amount debited. what can I do.

I am a share trader of the indian share market. The broker(RELIGARE SECURITIES LIMITED, formaly Fortis Securities Limited) has brought equity shares in my trading account without my instruction from market and debited the full amount from my account. But untill now (upto 2 months later) i have not received those equity shares. So what can i do now. Please suggest me seriously. How can i recover the such amount or those shares.

Since you are in India, I think you're pretty much out of luck. First rule of investing: do it yourself. Set up an online account where you are the only one who can make transactions. Never trust your money to anyone else, especially in a country where the courts are totally corrupt.
