In my fans?

Question

Jist for laffs I looked in "my fans" and there are 10 people in there! How did they get there? Why are they there? What does this mean? Did they do this or is this something I did by accident?

Hi,

I'm a newbie myself, but as I understand it is because people have added you to their 'Contact List'.

This is probably because they liked the answer you gave to a question.

I had a similar surprise when I found that I had some fans also!

When I find someone has answered a question with intelligence on a particular subject, or seems to share similar interests, I will add them to my contact list. I would then become one of their fans.

You can always remove one of your contacts from your list in the future if you wish to.
