Unless the person at the check-in desk is having a really bad day, you should be ok, as long as the name is still identifiable.  Pretend you didn't even notice if they ask.

Although, your agent really should have fixed it, they don't want to pay any fees they would incur.  If you do get hit with a change fee, make sure your agency reimburses you unless you gave them the wrong spelling in the first place.
