  1. Totally understand the question, you found a red/orange coloured egg about the size of a chicken egg buried in a flower pot in your garden. I agree with Sunny Lass, it could well be a foxes stash. I doubt a bird has laid it there as you would have noticed it trying to roost. Though the colour of the egg is intriguing, maybe, as eggs are porous, it has been hidden there for quite sometime, & has absorbed some of the colour from the compost in your pot. How perplexing........

  2. dragon egg.

  3. no but I am curiouse to find out!

  4. lovin' Daniel's answer.  Dragon is the best response, give him the points!!

  5. I don't understand the question. You found a buried a egg colour which was the size like chicken ?

Where the pot comes into it I really don't know. Maybe you were smoking it ?

  6. dragon

  7. I know the answer! It is a rabbit egg.

Will explain later if nobody else does.

  8. That doesn't even make sense, but hey! I got free points.

  9. It could well be a chicken egg or some other local bird's egg, and a fox has found the egg and buried it in your pot.  They do that to save them for later when they will come back, dig them up and eat them.  Burying them, keeps them cool and fresh for longer.

This isn't a joke answer - it really does happen.
