  1. Every company deals with these payroll issues differently. Generally that number represents an hour of pay or minutes of pay. I would ask your personnel manager or get the number to the payroll department. Usually the personnel manager has the answers, though. :)


  2. / This is ONLY my best guess...

    You have 46 hours of sick leave remaining for the year.

    You have used holiday pay for float time, and have 16 hours of holiday pay (probably at a rate of time and one half) remaining for the rest of the year.

    You have 42.5 hours of vacation time left for the year.

  3. Sounds like you have 46 hours for sick time, 16 hours Holiday time(Float means you can choose any 2 days you want and get Holiday pay for it), & probably 42.5 hours for vacation.

    Check with your HR to be sure.
