In my story how can the girl escape the room?

The only way out is the window but it is stuck shut, with a 3 inch gap open at the bottom. The girl is stuck in the room with no electricity. She can't be too loud.

You could use more details...for instance, she could pull a McGyver and make a crowbar out of chewed gum and paper clips or something..

well i suppose she can use her super-strength to pull the window open, but that requires her to have super-strength
