  1. That's finem, some whey proteins have glutamine and taurin(sp?), it's natural to be put in whey don't worrhy

  2. Dude I used to take body fortress too because it was the cheapest. but yea man they add BCAA's to it for recovery. the taurine is to give you energy and stuff. so you dont need to buy whey protein, and then go out and buy glutamine, creatine, etc. its all packed together basically. Normally the more expensive the powder is, the more BCAA's are going to be in at, and the faster your recovery time will be. Before I started the Lipotropic, I used Optimum Nutrition 100% whey. it has a little more. and the lipotropic protein has like double thats in the body fortress. hey btw i wouldn't recommend buying jars of creatine. cause after you stop using creatine, you'll lose all the weight you gained because its almost all water.

  3. l glutamine is actually an amino acid, and amino acids form chains called peptides, and when they become long enough, they are classified as proteins. So, the l glutamine appears naturally in the whey, but it is often added as a peptide as it's more rapidly absorbed this way. Taurine (correct spelling!) is a free amino acid that is found abundantly in the blood stream. It actually is most abundant in the heart, and the skeletal tissue. It helps to allow bone marrow to produce white blood cells. This means that your immune system can recover after intense training. Creatine is a natural chemical too, it is found in the body, but gets used up within 5-10 seconds of intense muscular stress. It is actually stored in skeletal tissue, and helps to synthesize ATP. Supplementing on creatine provides more energy needed during workouts, and so will allow you to be temporarily stronger for longer.

  4. body fortress is decent protein. I would go with Optimum Nutrition 100% gold standard whey, its better.
