In my yahoo account how to restrict hindi_jokesfor yahoo group messages?

You can only do this if you are an owner or moderator of that Yahoo Group.  If you are, then click on Management on the left-hand side of your Group's web page.  Then click on Messages under Group Settings.  Then click the Edit link next to Posting And Archives.  Then select Moderated in the Moderation column.  Don't forget to click Save Changes when you're done.

The above process will convert your Group to moderate messages.  That means that you or another owner or moderator must approve all messages before they are posted to the Group.  This way, you can restrict Group messages to only ones that meet your criteria.
