In need of comfortable shoes!

Question

I want to wear some comfortable shoes under my wedding dress at the reception. I need something with about a 2 inch heel on it so that my dress won't drag. I don't like thong flip flops because they kill my feet. Do you have any other thoughts...any links to slide type flip flops with a heel? What did you do? Any links would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

my shoes are from Naturalizer and are very comfortable (i don't wear heels ever, so i had to make sure i could walk in them)
