In need of root canal, where can i go for free dental care? any advice?

Eesh. I don't think you can get free dental care...... All dentists have a cost. Save up your money, i guess.

I don't know of a place where you can get a free root canal but try your local dental school where they train dentists.  You can get a discounted rate.  I know they do it at the University of Maryland so I'm positive they do it at others.

Go to your local College or University, and go to the  Dental school in that University. Now these students are in their last year of training, and will do your dental work, under the full supervision of their teachers, who are board certified Dentists. When my daughter was in college, the dental school did her dental work for little or nothing. And she said the results were better than any dentist she had had up until that time. You see the better work they do, the better the students grades. She said it was absolutely painless. If there are no dental schools in the universities in your town, try the closest University in your area, even if you have to catch a bus, it is worth it.
