Ok. I am a co founder of a local federation known as NRCW. We are in need of some storyline writers, video editors , some one to create an into video for our shows and ppvs and superstar titantron videos, and some people to commentate our matches. It shows how new you are at this. I think you might want to tell people where you are wanting them to work at. This is always one of the sins people do in marketing.

Your best bet is to post questions in this section looking for whatever people you need for your promotion.It's probably the best way to advertise yourself and get your promotion noticed.Be sure to ask a Wrestling question as well or you may find the trolls reporting you.Good luck anyways !
