  1. Which hotel are you staying at and don't they serve food there?

    How odd!

P.S. MTLgurl got it pretty much narrowed down by the way! I'd go with that answer if I were you.

  2. The closest grocery store would have to be Provigo, there are two near by. http://www.provigo.ca

#1-- 3421 du Parc Avenue, Montreal [corner of Sherbrooke St.] (514) 281-0488 opening times: 7am-12am all week. 0.9km from your location -- 2 mins drive. [according to google map]

#2-- 1953 St. Catherine St. West, Montreal [corner of Fort St.] (514)932-3756 opening times: 8am-2am all week. 1.5km from your location -- 3 mins drive. [according to google map]

Check out Google map, so you can see the distance yourself.

There is another grocery store called I.G.A. and that is located in the Place Alexis Nihon shopping center on 1500 Atwater, Montreal. [corner of St.Catherine W.] (514) 933-0995 opening times 8am-10pm all week. Metro Atwater -- 2 subway stops from Metro Peel.

There is a corner type store called Couche Tard that is similar to 7-Elevens or Mac's. Most are 24 hrs. The closest one to you is on 1287 Boulevard du Maisonneuve West [corner De la Montagne] (514)843-4458 This one is 24 hrs and it's just around the corner from you. Go down Peel St., take a right onto du Maisonneuve [heading west]...three blocks. 5 mins walk.

Hope this helps you...enjoy your stay in Montreal! :o)
