  1. Heavyweight- Brock Lesnar (Maybe not a year but definitely in 2) * I honestly think that Brock is the future of the sport. It was scary he looked in pummeling Frank Mir, a former champion, right up until he got submitted. Lesnar has size, speed, and strength. That is a devastating combination. He was also a NCAA D-1 Wrestling champion so it's not like this guy is a some pushover or freakshow from the WWE.

    Light Heavyweight- Lyoto Machida

    * Machida is undefeated at 12-0. He has precise striking and is probbly the least susceptible fighter in the LW division to a flash knockout. Machida never takes unwarranted risks and pretty much has dominated all of his opponent. The only thing working against him is that he is a counter puncher and that hasn't worked out to well for Chuck Liddell against Rampage.

    Middleweight- Anderson Silva

*I believe Silva is the best P4P fighter in the world. He has amazing striking combined with ridiculous ground skills. He is the total package. I don't believe that there is anyone in the UFC MW division who can dethron Anderson Silva.

    Welterweight- GSP

    * Another guy who is ridiculously dominant. GSP has very good striking along with one of the best MMA wrestling games in all of the world. GSP has shown that he is susceptible to a knockout so there is a slim possibility that GSP could find himself without a title. However, I just believe that GSP is just too well rounded for anyone to be able to beat him.

    Lightweight- Roger Huerta

    * Huerta has amazing heart, cardio, and a solid striking game. His biggest flaw is his takedown defense. This was exposed heavily by Clay Guida in his last fight. However, if Roger can work on his takedown defense and improve his ground grame I think that he can beat BJ Penn or Sean "Steroid Shark" Sherk

  2. heavy-Brandon Vera

    light heavy-rampage

    middle- Anderson Silva

    welterweight-gsp

    light-bj  Penn

most of  the guys are current champs, so in one years time I don't see much change, they only fight 2 or maybe 3 times a year,  so it's tuff to lose their belt in that time.  I see nogs at heavy losing to Vera in the future,  rampage may also lose his, light heavy is stacked in the UFC,  Silva gsp and Penn will hold theirs for a bit yet.

  3. If I HAD to pick someone other than the current champions it would be the following:

HW: Frank Mir. I think Big Nog will hold the title all year unless Randy comes back... doubt it. Mir really has the only chance at getting the title away from Nog because these two are the next coaches meaning the HW title won't be on the line until late this year.

LHW: Machida. I think Rampage can hold on to the title but I could see Griffin winning it... that is going to be a war of a match-up. I see Thiago Silva coming into the mix and don't forget Liddell wins one more (more than likely he will have to face Shogun once he heals) it is going to be a tough matchup and put him back in title contention.

MW: Wanderlei Silva. Anderson is the best, but I said I HAD to pick someone other than the current champion. Wanderlei is dropping down after his fight with Jardine. With Bisping, Franklin and Okami being the only real challenges I could see Wanderlei getting a title shot and I think he would be the toughest competition Anderson has seen in a long time.

WW: John Fitch. GSP has walked through all the top fighters in his division. Fitch has a great chance. He maybe a boring fighter but he has the cardio to go all 5 rounds. He can wrestle and his ground game is pretty good. If he works on his striking he could be deadly.

LW: Kenny Florian. Huerta and Sherk have a great chance at becoming the champion but Huerta hasn't taken on a lot of tough competition. Guida is a bull in the ring and Huerta was getting dominated in their matchup. Huerta is going to have a tough time against Florian. Penn will more than likely beat Sherk. If so, Florian is the only one to offer a true challenge.

  4. i dont know about next year but in 2 it will be me

  5. feather weight- Faber

    lightweight - florian

WWeight- GSP (will win against fitch and then a fight w/ Silva)

    Middleeight - Anderson Silva

LH Weight - Rich Franklin (when he moves to 205!)

    Hv Weight - Frank Mir

  6. you are going to need to go or order a ppv event to see the fight.

  7. In one year not much will change since fighters only usually fight twice a year but hear it goes,

    LW - BJ Penn

    WW - GSP

    MW - A. Silva

    LHW - Rampage

    HW - Big Nog

  8. I dont think it will be that different.

HW- Big Nog - he is the best heavy who is going to be figting in the UFC anytime soon. Couture and Fedor would obviously change that, and I still think Arlovski could make some waves if he got his sh*t together.

LHW - Rampage- any of the top 6or7 guys at 205 can beat eachother at anytime. Liddell, Rua, Griffin, Machida, Jardine, Evans, Rich Franklin???? Theres just to many really good fighters and no one that stands out as the best. Who really knows what will happen. I think the title might change hands twice and Rampage come back and get it.

MW - Anderson Silva - Just seems to be fighting way to good right now to be beaten. I thought Marquardt stood and good chance and I though Hendo was going to win but what the h**l do I know. Maybe if Wandy moves down which I REALLY hope he does he could KO Anderson but I really dont think so. Most likely thing is that Anderson loses focus and Marquardt or Hendo get him in a rematch. I dont think it will happen inside of a year but maybe GSP?????

WW- GSP - same thing with Silva, just way to good for me to pick someone over him in the foreseeable future. The division is loaded but after what GSP did to Hughes and Koscheck on the ground I dont know how anyone could stop him. I think the best possibilities are someone catching him with a punch again, dont think GSP has the best chin. Or BJ Penn moving up and actually training for the fight.

LW - BJ Penn - I say Penn by default just because I think he is the best fighter. That being said Sherk has a good chance at him and who knows how long BJ will remain focused. Kenflo seems to be very good, I dont think he has the physical ability to handle Sherk though. Huerta needs to get polished a little and I think Kenflo will expose that. Lots of other talent that needs to sort itself out but Penn and Sherk are the class of the division, and maybe Kenflo.
