In or out of season plants & seeds

i have just got some seeds that have massive colourfull flowers when they bloom but the growing season for them is like september to august i think, i have planted some and they are not growing so is there a way to grow any seeds or plants when they are out of season so i can view these beautifull flowers all year round, i am in outter south western sydney suburbs

Still you can have them flower.... but it will be stressful for the plants...rather keep them for the season they are meant to be....
