In order to connect a web cam to a T.V. monitor....do I need to use a USB and an S Cord?

I am a dummy when it comes to hardware. I don't know what I need as far as a cord to use on the television end but the web cam uses a USB cord.

Most T.V. monitors require either an RGB signal or a composit RF signal. You would need an adapter for those. No TV uses USB. If your computer has S-video output you can get video there and hook it to a TV with S-video input.
