    JUST BY APPLYING FOR PAN HE'LL NOT BECOME A CITIZEN OF INDIA.

    PAN MEANS PERMANENT ACCOUNT NUMBER, THAT IS THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT WILL CREATE AN ACCOUNT IN HIS NAME FOR ASCERTAINNG HIS REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE TRANSACTIONS WITH THE GOVERNMENT.

    LET HIM APPLY
