  1. You should DEFINITELY see a doctor! Maybe even go to the hospital! I don't want to scare you but, It might be more serious then you think it is!BeSt oF lUcK!

  2. this happend when you not done the warm up in good way, take rest for one week and start slowly warm up and improve your workout day by day

  3. Go to the doctor you may have torn a ligament a tendon or a muscle.

  4. You need to ask a physician. Lots of things are located around your pelvis.

  5. Pain the lower right side could be apendicitis, but since you describe a situation where you may have injured yourself, that could be a pulled muscle, a hernia, or a dislocated joint. I suppose ruptured appendix is one other possibility, and in that case, it's quite serious.   Does the pain subside when you put ice on it?  If the pain is severe, don't take chances.  Go to the ER.

  6. IT COULD BE YOUR HIP FLEXOR INJURY.IF THERE IS NO INFLAMATION TRY A CONTRAST BATH 5 MIN. HEAT 3 MIN. ICE FOR 25 MIN.GOOD LUCK

  7. Certainly don't strip the area and e-mail the pics to the guy who says he's a doctor! Ask your doctor!

  8. go to the doctor! you may have ruptured your appendix.

  9. I have no idea, but you should be taking it easy and (check with a pro first) probably taking ibuprofen.

  10. Anytime you have pain in your lower right side you should go to the emergency room.  Appendicitis is nothing to mess with.

  11. I cant tell you what can be wrong. You could hace pulled a muscle but you should really see a doctor and meanwhile get some pain killers for the pain. The sooner you know whats really wrong the better because it could get worse without proper treatment. I hope you be OK. Take my advice and good luck!
