  1. I don't know where it's legal, but it is definitely a RUSH!  Fear of getting caught.  


  2. I'm not sure it's legal anywhere but I could be wrong.

    It wouldn't offend me personally but It's not something I want to see either. It's a personal/private matter that should be shared between two people..not two people and a crowd of spectators. It's not a sport.
