In pokemon crystal how do you get a second king stone?

i dont think you can get another one.

i think you need to trade.

Go to slowpoke well, past the part where you use rocksmash.  In the water, there are tons of slowpoke/slowbros.  Sometimes they will be holding a king's rock.  Either catch a lot of them and then take the king's rock from them, or teach "thief" to a pokemon and use it against them.
