It will evolve into Electivire, when you trade it with an Electibooster item...

Get it by inserting FireRed and catching an Elekid and getting it's item...

it was electrivire, you can get it by trade electabuzz holding electrizer (you can get the electrizer by catching elekid in diamond, by inserting your firered to your ds) and it'll evolve to electrivire

if your not sure go onto the pokemon official site and click on pokedex and type in electabuzz and then click on evolution it should show you.

Yes it does. It evolves in to Electivire, heres a picture:

What you have to do is trade with a friend and make Electabuzz hold an item called "electrizer" and it will evolve!

:) trade with a friend you trust if you wanna keep it.
