In pokemon diamond how do you get pokemon above level 100?

I know how to do it in red verson,and blue,and yellow,for gameboy color,but lately people have been saying there diamond pokemon are above level 100 so how do you do it?

You can't get them higher than lvl 100

Cuz if your pkmn is lvl 100 it won't gain any exp. anymore
