In pokemon diamond is there a way to get rid of migrated pokemon?

I was testing the migration on my pokemon diamond and every time I am in the pal park catching the pokemon my game freezes so I want to know if I can delete the migrated pokemon and try again

Unfortunately, you cannot migrate any Pokémon into Diamond or Pearl until the previous six Pokémon that have been migrated are captured.

Remember, you can only migrate 6 Pokémon per game per day, and you must migrate 6 at a time. You also must capture those 6 Pokémon before you can migrate more.
