to get rid of hm moves, you  go to cavalave city and talk to an old person in a house and he delete any move for your pokemon.

and to get earthquake, you go to wayward cave, but you go to the other hidden cave of wayward cave to get earthquake. you can also get gible.

and to get giga impact, you go to veilstone city and you have to have a coin case and money coins. get 20000 coins, then exchange the coins for tm giga impact.

you can get flamethrower there too.
