defeat the 7th badge and talk to the man out side the gym and you will get it

after you defeat CANDICE leave the gym & head back through & down rt 217 there's a house on your LEFT go inside & speak 2 the man who'll tell you he lost ROCK CLIMB in the snow now leave & go behind the house 2 find ROCK CLIMB...glad 2 help :)
