u need to have beaten the elite four and have national dex. if u have all 3 regis put them in you party and go to the bottom. talk to the statue and it will become alive! it is a pokemon and its name is regigigas and it is lvl.70

1-Beat the Elite Four and become the Champion.

2-Migrate Regirock, Registeel and Regice from Pokemon Ruby/Saphire/Emerald.

3-Put the Regis at the 3 last slots in your party.

4-Talk with the girl at the Temple's entrance.

5-The gym leader will appear and allow you to enter in the Temple.

6-At the last room in the Temple is Regigigas at level 70 so bring a Pokemon to capture it.
