whats the story behind Heatran, regigigas, giratina, cresslia, darakai, shaymin, and arceus?

heatran- supposedly made from magma by dialga and palkia as they started time and space

regigigas- the leader of the regis. also the pokemon which used a rope to pull the continents together to form what we know as Pangaea

giratina- lives in the torn world traveling between dimensions and the last of the dragon trio and resides in the fourth lake of sinnoh

cresslia- no genuine story, but rivals darkrai in curing nightmares caused by it

darkrai- lives in newmoon island next to fullmoon island where cresslia lives. creates nightmares

shaymin- idk the story but is rumored to have brought floroma town the flowers and made it flourish

arceus- the god of all pokemon

created the psychic trio and also created palkia and dialga.

said to have shaped the world with its 1000 arms.
