it dusnt sorry u have to complete the mission to get the reward y do u want water gun anyway the water type starters all learn it at lv8 anyway and if u dont learn it u can always go to the gulpin link shop and just remember the move and yes ive completed all mystery dungeons

there isn't wonder mail code 4 water gun some of the pkmn learrn WATER GUN at  LV 13 but not all of them they learn WATER GUN at different  levels..glad 2 answer :)
