  1. The good rod is right across the beach east from Mauville City and the Exp. Share is in rustboro city in the devon building. Talk to the president after you delivered the letter to Steven.


  2. im not sure about the good rod but i know about the exp share. after you deliver (spelling sorry) the letter to steven on dewford island go back to rustboro and talk to the guy that gave you the letter then you will get the exp share. hope this helped
