you must caght latias and trine it in lv 67 ang you have win pokemon lig 20 times and you go in moosdeep city in space center and talk the man he said:you want to ride in rocket lounch.you said no,ang wait a 1 day and go to the space center and you said yes you can ride in the moon and you see there jirachi and dioxy in the moon.....
