He uses Bronzor, Steelix and Bastidon. This means a Fire types will be super effective against them all, as will ground, and fighting types. With this in mind, Infernape will be best, but watch out for Bronzor's Psychic type moves (but at lvl 57, it shouldn't be a problem). The levels are really good, as his highest level is 39. Infernape should be able to sweep them all in one hit.
