  1. For a regulation set of pool balls, both the cue ball and the object balls are 2 1/4" diameter.  If there is any deviation from this, it is due to coin-op tables and depends on what part of the world that you are in.  In some European countries, the cue ball is smaller.  In America, the cue ball tends to be the same size, but with an iron plug inside or with iron filings mixed into the phenolic resin (the mud ball) to catch a magnet.  This would be commonly found on Valley tables.  On Dynamo tables, the cue ball is actually larger.  But for professional play, they are equal size and equal weight.  M.D.-BCA Instructor/Referee.

  2. Exact same size.

  3. Identical size, though at bars and arcades, it's smaller (so it can be sorted and returned in the slot).

  4. its supposed to be the same size, except in bars or buisnesses so the ball can come back down tothe end of the table

  5. same

  6. The same size.

  7. same size bro.

  8. i always thought it was supposed to be the same size

  9. Same size.

  10. Same, and it's "cue", not "Q".  Though, as mentioned before, at bars and arcades, it will be slightly smaller so it comes out the return.

  11. It depends on how much you can drink !!!!!

  12. It is supposed to be the same size.

  13. It is supposed to be the same size but often isnt in pool tables in bars where it is smaller so it can be distiguished from other balls
