In present time, its racism among the majority or minority of the world population?

Now I avoided asking about race because people would label me as a racist, which I'm not. But I need to know.

In present time as of 2008, its racism among a large or small percent of the world population? Is it half of the population?

there is more prejudice than racism in this world. the distinction is that racism requires power to practice, its more powerful, destructive, leaving drastic effects among a hole population. racism is invented and practiced by the minority of the world. a small percentage.

Both. Because there are racists in every race, whether they are in the majority or not. Just my view.

As far as institutionalized racism, in which it's legally justified that individuals and institutions discriminate based on race, goes, I'd say it's thankfully on the way out.  But racist attitudes are always going to be with us and they're always going to be everywhere.  At least the law is on the side of racial minorities in most places now.
