I work there also. LISTEN TO ISABEL. She is soooooo right. You just order the size you want ( tall, grande, or venti) and ask for the syrup (carmel, vanilla, etc), and tell us the drink (iced coffee). It sounds like you don't want a frappucino, they are blended with ice. You just want iced coffee with caramel syrup. I also suggest that you try the iced caramel latte. They are a little more expensive but taste great. GOOD LUCK!

Just order an iced caramel latte (or caramel latte over ice) in whatever size you want.  They'll know what you mean.
