In rct3 everytime i see somebodys rollercoaster i always see stairs next to the chain lift how do i get those?

u get steelworx. after u downloaded go on the scenery button and just look for JCATS steelworx.  heres the website

and u just use it. u press SELECT on ur keyboard and drag ur mouse up and down to select ur height
