Question:

In reality could all this happen to one woman?

1) She married at age 18

2) She bore & raised a very large family (had first at 19 and last at 44)

3) Her husband died when she was pregnant with her last

4) She became a grandmother in her 40s, great-grandmother in her 60s and great-great-grandmother in her 80s

5) She lived to be 100+ (some of her children would have been quite elderly at this point if not dead)

6) 5 of her large family died before her

7) The woman herself came from a large family (10+) and outlived all except the youngest, who died sometime after her

  3. anything is possible! did you just hear about the woman who's pregnant with her 18th kid! anything can happen.

  4. Yes.  All but number 5, happened to my mother in law.  My oldest sister in law is 72 years old!  Only 12 years younger than my grandmother!!

  5. yes, why not? its not that weird. many women marry at 18, have a lot of children and lose their husbands and live to be very old. thats not exactly an oddity.
