Quarter horse bars are made for horses with wider withers, such as a quarter horse.Some are semi-quarter horse for horses that may have a higher wither, like your gaited horses.You can find your bars under your horn, it is the width of the opening of the front of your saddle that goes over your horse's withers, or if you are unsure of withers it is their shoulders.
