In restaurants where frog legs are served, what do they do w/the rest of the frog?

The restaurants probably do not even see the rest of the frog. With the dieing off of frogs, leopard frogs are in trouble in Wisconsin, U.S.A., I could not order frog.

nothing they are given only frog legs not the whole frog.

Generally speaking, frog legs are either delivered in case as legs or the propietor purchases them that way, usually at a local market.  The remains of the frog never make it to a restuarant as it is considered non edible for human consumption.
