In road to the show mode in MLB: 08 The Show how do I make my pitcher's fastball velocity reach the high 90s?

His fastball velocity and control are all they way up. I have also tried to increase his arm strength and it doesn't improve his mph very much.

Add points to fastball velocity, and to Arm strength helps too. I think age plays a factor as well

Idk know but on your very first game (nno matter what leauge) you should be able to throw anywhere from 66 MPH-91 MPH
