I think you mean the better team does not always win in FOOTBALL (soccer???? OMG.) This is true, but over a season, everyone finishes where they deserve to be in the league table. Scoring a goal in fooball is much harder than a try in rugby. You cannot use your hands to control the ball, and you don't have the entire width of the field to score in!
