In rugby. why do they just kick the ball out of the field? what's the point of that?

  1. field position...they think they cannot advance it much further just by running, so they kick it up the field....very far if possible, then they try to regroup but in better field position

    realize they cannot forward pass like american football

  2. France think that if they run it back, they will get isolated and turned over at the very first ruck..so they are trying to do the exact same thing to the All Greys..
