In runescape does ring of life work in your inventory?

in runescape my friend thinks i should start wearing ring of wealth but i dont want to die at dragons, do you have to be wearing ring of life for it too work?

No you need to wear the ring for it to work, you can't just keep it in your inventory. But to be honest, the ring of life isn't that helpful you can still die with it if you get hit high so I suggest taking some good food, some tele runes just in case and wear the ring of wealth.

The Ring of Life must be equipped for it to work.  Note that if one hit puts your HP above 10% your HP level and the next one kills you, the Ring of Life will not activate and save you from dying.
