In setting up Y! mobile photo I am not receiving my confirmation text message--anyone know why??

I've tried 4 or 5 times to register my phone; the website recognizes that I have the following phone and carrier and it even shows my phone number. The problem is that I'm not getting the text message with the link to download the Yahoo Photos software for my phone. Any help would be appreciated!

My Phone: LG V (VX-9800)

My Carrier: Verizon Wireless
