In sims 2 apartment life where do you find a witch?

I want to become a witch.

On any community lot really. Good witches (dressed in white and kind of sparkling) show up usually during the day and especially if its raining. Bad witches show up at night time and are wearing black, and if theyre exceptionally evil, their skin is green.

You have to look around for them. Try going to a lot of lots downtown they'll show up sooner or later.

The good witch wears a white outfit, and is surrounded by a bright light.

The bad witch wears a black outfit and have green skins, and is surrounded by a green atmosphere.

They usually come on a broom too... so it's hard to miss them
