If you're talking about s*x then I would say your hand. Still there's no reason why a couple can't have s*x when she's pregnant unless there are complications and she's on bed rest.

You should be able to get love, not meaning s*x, from your significant other anytime. Give her a hug and tell her you love her.

If you are referring to the moodiness during pregnancy that can make a man feel "unloved". Just take it in stride, it will pass.
